Base layer in 3 types, each in different thicknesses. These are provided by default in a rectangular size of 150 x 60 cm, easily cut in shape using scissors. With extra charge, we can provide them also tailor-made by us.
Foam in PU, 5mm and 10mm
Our standard quality at the sharpest price. High permeability. Only usable for cold ironing boards.
Needle felt 6mm and 10mm
Underfelt in 100% polyester. Longer service life. Usable both for cold and warm ironing boards.
Insulating needle felt in aramid 4mm
Underfelt in 100% aramid. Usble both for cold and warm ironing board. Very heat resistant and withstands hydrolysis much better.
Silicone Foam 6mm and 10mm
Has the best service life time and optimum performance. Our silicon foam can resist high temperatures, is tear resistant, does not crumble, is rot-proof and mold free. The density is carefully selected: not too hard and not too soft, for optimum ironing results. These foams are suited for both cold as warm boards and presses.
