These type of connectors connect installations that move independently of each other, where often no fixed connection is possible.  Think for example of a sieve / shaker installation used in food and cement industry.

These flexible connections ensure that vibrations and sound cannot be transferred and that metal fatigue, etc. is considerably reduced.  Because of their flexible character, these are easy to mount.

Flexibels are put together in a variety of ways: from simple single ply sleeves to sleeves made up of as many of 3 different layers.  Round, rectangular or a combination of these; with rings incorporated to keep the sleeve open, with an elastic band or cord in the hem...  we fabricate whatever you need. 

 

Flexibility and abrasion resistance are usually two important parameters here.  An anti-static finish is often also required.

All applications can be supplied with a certificate of conformity (COC) for use in the pharmaceutical and food industry.
