Protection for high temperature and steam lines

Protection for high temperature pipes and steam lines

Many high temperature pipes are insufficiently or not insulated. Think of steam pipes, steam traps, vacuum pipes on the ironer, ...
However, the law is clear here. According to ISO1372, the standard related to 'Ergonomics of the physical environment', a metal surface should not be warmer than 73°C
and this with a contact time of 1 second. With longer contact, the permissible temperature is even lower.
Burns can already occur from 40°C.

This is an unsafe situation for many technicians and staff.

We have a range of insulation applications especially for the laundry, such as:
- steam protectors for all kinds of steam pipes
- chimney protectors for vacuum pipes for ironers

Ask for the possibilities.
