SHIPPING:

Goods are delivered by various parners, depending on the size, weigth and destination country.  In Belgium, delivery is free when the purchase price exceeds € 1000,-.

When ordering, a credit rate check is done.  Depending on the result we decide if shipping is only done after payment is received, or payment may happen after sending.

RETURNS:

Goods that are tailor-made or cut to size can never be returned.  You can make your return application to [email protected] after which we will assess the request.  Costs for returning are always borne by the customer.

COMPLAINTS:

Send your complaint to [email protected] with mention of your order number.  Clarify if needed with extra photo's.  The better we can assess your complaint, the faster we can handle it.  We contact you as soon as possible to come to a swift and fitting solution.
