Solana can accurately cut synthetic filter and screening meshes to size using our own laser-cutting equipment. This enables us to produce both simple rectangular pieces and more complex shapes.
Components can be produced according to a technical drawing, specified dimensions or an existing sample.
Metal mesh is cut to size using an appropriate cutting method, depending on the material, wire diameter and required shape.
In addition to laser cutting, Solana operates its own sewing workshop for the production of finished components made from synthetic precision fabrics.
Depending on the application, we can manufacture filter bags, covers, sleeves, tubular parts and other sewn constructions. Reinforcements, borders and other textile components can also be added.
By carrying out cutting and sewing in our own workshop, we can handle prototypes and small batches as well as recurring production orders.
