Filter pockets are used in many industries, mostly for dust and powder collection. Hence, we equip our pockets with a strong felt strip or a cord for sealing.

Depending on the specific application we use different kinds of textile like aramid (Nomex) and polyester: some are e.g. resistant to high temperatures, sticky substances, are oil or water-repellent,... Click here for a list of possiblities.

We can seal the seams instead of stitching them. The advantage is the textile has no perforations from the sewing needles.

Furthermore, we produce multi pocket bag filters. In this case several filter pockets are stitched together in one frame. This way a much larger filter surface is created.

Our filters are customized according to client's specifications. Many types of installations exist, most famous those from Donaldson/Dalamatic/Unimaster®. But we provide filters for all brands of installations.

Aditionally, we provide all needed services for cleaning and repairing used filter pockets. As part of circular business practices, extended use of materials is often required. However, retaining the filter efficiency and textile permeability has to be considered.
