Plansifter connector sleeves provide a flexible connection between plansifters, sifters, purifiers and their inlet and outlet pipes. They are used for processing flour, grain, semolina, rice, starch and other food powders.
The sleeves absorb the continuous movement of the equipment while guiding the product between different parts of the production process.
Plansifters operate with continuous horizontal and circular movement. The connector sleeves must follow this movement without restricting product flow.
In flour mills and food-processing plants, the sleeves may come into direct or indirect contact with the product. Therefore, material selection, hygiene and traceability are essential.
