ENDURANCE is a reliable ironer wax for lubricating and maintaining heated ironer chests. It combines effective lubrication with heat resistance up to 210 °C, cleansing action and antistatic properties.

During ironing, soap residues and other alkaline deposits can accumulate on the heated ironer chest. ENDURANCE helps reduce these deposits and supports regular maintenance of the chest.
Continuous friction between the ironer felt and textiles can generate static electricity. This can cause synthetic textiles to be attracted to the felt and interfere with smooth linen transport.
The antistatic properties of ENDURANCE help reduce this effect and support smooth and reliable linen flow through the ironer.
The relatively high melting point helps the wax to be distributed evenly across the heated ironer chest. This reduces the risk of the wax melting too quickly and accumulating mainly at the beginning of the chest.
Good adhesion to the chest also helps prevent the wax from being removed too quickly during operation.
ENDURANCE is particularly suitable for flatwork ironers operating at feed speeds of up to approximately 25 metres per minute and provides an economical and reliable solution for many standard ironing applications.
For more intensive use, higher operating speeds or when lower wax consumption and trouble-free application are especially important, we recommend our HIGH-POWER WAX PLUS. This professional-grade wax is made in extra-fine granules, is less prone to clumping and offers higher heat resistance.
Ironer wax should be applied using a suitable waxing cloth to distribute the wax evenly across the chest.
