The COARSE qualities are manufactured using a special coarse polyester fibre. This creates a more open felt structure with particularly high air permeability.
The high permeability promotes the evacuation of air, steam and moisture through the ironer felt. This reduces the tendency for moisture to remain trapped within the felt structure and helps limit conditions that can promote hydrolysis.
The COARSE range is particularly suitable for applications where an open felt structure, efficient steam evacuation and reduced risk of hydrolysis are important.

HYBRID 900 combines Meta-Aramid and polyester and is designed for applications requiring greater thermal resistance and durability than a conventional polyester ironer felt.
The fibre layer consists of a combination of Meta-Aramid and polyester, while the carrier fabric is made from polyester.
This combination makes HYBRID 900 particularly suitable for steam-heated ironers, where temperature, moisture and intensive operation place high demands on the ironer felt.

X-TREME 800 PTFE is our specialised high-performance quality for the most demanding ironing applications.
The working surface combines Meta-Aramid and PTFE, while the spring side and carrier fabric are made from Meta-Aramid.
The PTFE-containing working surface is designed to promote smoother operation and reduced friction during the ironing process. Depending on machine setup and operating conditions, lower mechanical resistance can contribute to more efficient energy use.
The combination of Meta-Aramid and PTFE makes X-TREME 800 PTFE particularly suitable for higher operating temperatures, intensive operation and conditions where conventional ironer felts reach their limits.
