Polyester Ironer Guide Tape with Minimal Marking up to 175 °C

This 100% polyester ironer guide tape is designed for professional and industrial steam-heated flatwork ironers where minimal marking on the linen is particularly important. The tape is 16 mm wide, heat resistant up to 175 °C and supplied on 400 metre spools.

The tape is slightly elastic, making it easy to tie. At the same time, its surface provides sufficient grip to ensure reliable movement and stable guidance of the linen through the ironer.

A key advantage of this quality is the very limited marking it leaves on the textile. The guide tape leaves hardly any impression on the linen while also keeping cutting into the ironer felt to a minimum. This makes it particularly suitable for laundries where finishing quality and the appearance of the ironed linen are a high priority.

This guide tape is primarily used on steam-heated flatwork ironers. For ironers with multiple rolls, our extra-strong polyester ironer guide tape may be a better choice thanks to its more robust construction and longer service life. When the ironer operates at a higher temperature or additional temperature reserve is required, we recommend an Aramid/Polyester quality such as Supertape-13.

The guide tape can be both tied and ultrasonically welded. For a flat and neat welded joint, our ultrasonic welder for ironer guide tape can be used.
